2 onions (cut into wedges)
1 yellow pepper (cut into strips)
2 red peppers (cut into strips)
12 small Sausage
½ bunch Basil

For the sauce
3 Tbsps medium-hot Mustard
1 Tbsp whole-grain Mustard
1 Tbsp Ketchup
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp Sour cream
chili peppers (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Sprinkle the vegetables with oil and grill on a barbecue with the sausages for 7-10 minutes, turning frequently.
2.
Meanwhile wash the basil, shake dry and pick the leaves from the stalks.
3.
Put the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season to taste.
4.
Mix the vegetables with the sausages and basil and put on a platter. Sprinkle with a little thyme and serve with the sauce.
