300 grams Pork
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp Rice wine
salt
freshly ground peppers
250 grams Snow peas
½ bunch scallions
1 large, yellow Bell pepper
50 milliliters vegetable oil
40 milliliters dark soy sauce

Preparation steps

Rinse the pork with cold water, pat dry with paper towels and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thin slices. Mix the cornstarch, rice wine and 1 pinch each of salt and pepper. Mix with the meat strips. Trim, rinse and cut the pepper into thin strips. Rinse and trim the snow peas. Rinse, trim and cut the scallions into 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) long strips.

Heat half of the oil in a wok. Sear the meat on both sides about 2 minutes, remove and keep warm. Add the remaining oil to the wok, add the vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes while stirring. Mix in the meat, reheat everything and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
