- 3 yellow chili peppers
- 1 pkg salted Cookie (100 grams Party Cracker)
- 200 milliliters milk (3.5% fat content)
- 8 cooked waxy potatoes
- 200 grams mild Feta
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 pitted black Olives
- 8 Lettuce
- 1 orange Bell pepper
Preparation steps

Rinse the chile peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and white ribs place in a blender. Crumble the crackers into the blender along with the milk and puree. Add the feta cheese, mix until slightly creamy.

Peel the eggs and cut into wedges. Peel the potatoes and slice. If needed, add some oil to the chile sauce. Halve the olives for garnish. Rinse the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Rinse the pepper, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and cut into thin strips. Place the lettuce and the potatoes on plates. Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Place the eggs on top and serve garnished with olives.
