60 grams butter
800 grams waxy potatoes

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

With a dampened cloth, clean the mushrooms, cut into slices. Heat the butter in a skillet and working in batches, saute the mushrooms until golden brown.

Rinse, peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Cover the bottom with a layer of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a layer of mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mushrooms. Dot the top with pieces of butter. Pour the crème fraîche over, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
