1 kilogram potatoes
2 onions
3 eggs
100 grams grated Cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler)
50 grams Salami
100 grams button Mushroom
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
3 Tbsps Pastry flour
salt
freshly ground peppers
thyme (1 teaspoon, chopped)
2 Tbsps parsley (finely chopped)
vegetable oil (to fry)

Preparation steps

1.

Grate the potatoes and let drain. Peel the onions and chop finely or grate. Cut the salami into fine cubes. Trim the mushrooms and cut into fine slices.

Squeeze the grated potatoes well and mix with onions, salami, mushrooms, tomato paste, creme fraiche, cheese, eggs and parsley. Stir in the flour and the chopped herbs, and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Heat oil in a pan, place 1 tablespoon of the potato mixture in it and flatten. Fry on each side for about 3 minutes. Remove the patties from the pan and keep warm until all the patties are cooked. Serve immediately.
