1 bunch Basil
1 bunch Chervil
200 grams Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Cut or slice potatoes into thin slices.

Whisk cream in a bowl with eggs and Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Rinse herbs, shake dry, reserve some leaves for garnish. Chop remaining.

Place some layers of potato slices into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with some chopped herbs, pour some egg-cream mixture, again layer some potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs and pour some egg-cream mixture over top. Continue this process until all ingredients are used up.

5.

Bake in a preheated 180°C (approximately 350°F)​ oven for about 35 minutes. Bake until golden brown.

6.

To serve, place on a plate or platter and garnish with reserved herb leaves
