100 milliliters Vegetable broth
500 grams Swiss chard

350 grams Filo dough
3 eggs

Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and dice the potatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Saute the onion, garlic and potatoes in 2 tablespoons of oil until translucent. Deglaze with the broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

Rinse the chard and cut into strips. Mix with the potato mixture. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Cut the filo dough into squares (approximately the size of the baking dish). Grease the pan with oil. Line the bottom of the dish with half of the filo dough squares, brushing each layer with oil. Mix the eggs and sour cream. Mix with the vegetables. Spread the mixture on the pastry. Cover with the remaining filo dough, brushing each layer with oil. Brush the final layer with oil and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
