350 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Halve the garlic and rub in the baking dish. Grease with butter.

3.

Peel the potatoes and place in cold water. Mix the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Plane the potatoes with a vegetable slicer and place in the baking dish. Pour in the cream, so that the uppermost layer of potato is only barely covered.

4.

Bake for about 45 minutes, until golden brown. Serve garnished with fresh herbs, if desired.
