4 sprigs marjoram

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with butter and form tile-like layers of the potatoes in the dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the white wine and broth into the dish, so that everything is just barely covered. Sprinkle with the marjoram. Distribute pieces of butter around the top of the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
