- 300 grams smoked Tofu
- 1 bunch scallions
- 2 onions
- 400 grams Whipped cream
- 4 eggs

- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps white Balsamic glaze
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Peel and rinse potatoes, cut into slices. Parboil in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes, drain. Cut tofu into cubes. Rinse and dry scallions and cut diagonally into thin rings. Peel onions and cut into small cubes. Whisk cream with eggs, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Combine potatoes with tofu, onions and scallions and mix well. Place into a buttered baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce. Rinse, pat dry and halve tomatoes. Arrange lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and oil. Serve gratin with salad.
