- 2 small onions
- 18 ozs waxy potatoes
- 1 egg
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 cup Crème fraiche
- ⅔ cup Sour cream
- 2 Tbsps Wholegrain Mustard
- ½ tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 bunch Dill
- 3 Tbsps Caviar

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Knife (zum Bestreichen), 1 Large knife, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps

Peel the onions and chop very finely. Peel the potatoes, grate finely and mix with the eggs, salt, pepper, flour and onions. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and make 16 small pancakes from the potato mixture, adding more oil between batches. Drain on kitchen roll.

Mix the crème fraîche, sour cream, mustard and lemon zest and season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse the dill, shake dry and chop finely. Stir into the crème fraîche mixture. Arrange the pancakes on a serving plate and serve topped with dill cream and caviar.
