- 1 kilogram predominantly waxy potatoes
- salt
- 1 white onion
- 100 grams Sour cream
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- white peppers
- sugar (to taste)
- 1 handful Dill
- 8 raw Sausage
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and chop the potatoes into large cubes. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until done. Drain and let cool.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix with the sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar and lemon juice and season with pepper, salt and sugar. Cover the potatoes with it and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Rinse the dill, shake dry and chop coarsely.
Fry the sausages on all sides until golden brown in some oil.
Arrange the potato salad on plates along with the sausages and serve garnished with dill.
