4 medium potatoes
4 Tbsps butter
2 garlic cloves
Fleur de sel
50 grams fresh black Truffle

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut in half. Peel the garlic cloves. Cook the potatoes and garlic in boiling salted water for about 25 minutes, until the potatoes are fork tender.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. 

3.

Gently brush the truffles to remove any dirt and slice very thinly with a truffle slicer or vegetable peeler.  

4.

Drain the potatoes, remove the garlic cloves and let the potatoes cool slightly. 

5.

To serve, place 2 potato halves on each plate, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with a pinch of fleur de sel and distribute the sliced truffles on top. Serve immediately.
