500 grams King prawn (in the shell)
1 Tbsp lemon juice

peppers (freshly ground)
olive oil (for brushing)
1 sm can Apricot
Wooden skewer

Preparation steps

1.

Cut through prawn shells with scissors and remove the veins, leaving shells attached. Rinse prawns under cold water, pat dry with paper towels and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Drain apricots.

2.

Pat prawns dry again, season with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil. Thread prawns and apricot halves alternately on the skewers. Oil the grill grate and grill the skewers on the preheated grill over high heat for about 2 minutes per side.
