- 1 ripe Avocado (sliced)
- 1 ripe Papaya (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 9 ozs ready-to-eat shrimp
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Orange (juiced)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 14 ozs chinese Cabbage (cut into fine strips)
- 0.333 cup unsalted Peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 1 Red onion (cut into thin rings)
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
Preparation steps

Drizzle the avocado and papaya slices with the lemon juice and dry roast the peanuts.

Season the prawns with salt and white pepper and fry for 2 minutes in hot butter. Quench with the orange juice.

Mix together the chilli, Chinese cabbage, peanuts, onion rings, avocado and papaya slices. Stir in the prawns and the cooking liquid and season with vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
