2 cups water

Preparation steps

1.
Place the pickling salt and water in a saucepan and warm gently to dissolve the salt.

Pack the garlic, olives, edible flowers and red pepper in a sterile glass jar large enough to hold them.
3.
Pour the pickling solution over the olives and seal well with a lid.
4.
Store in a cool dry room for two weeks and invert the jar every few days.
