This light, fresh salad is a lovely dish to serve at a dinner party. The prosciutto provides protein and healthy fats, the figs, tomatoes, and frisee provide fiber and nutrients, and the toast provides energizing carbohydrates.
This dish could be an appetizer or a side dish at a dinner party. You can add some other variations to this dish, like balsamic glaze, walnuts, or even burrata cheese.
