- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 generous pinches ground ginger
- 1 generous pinch Ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ground clove
- 1 Tbsp fine Pumpkin puree (see smart tip)
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 double shot Espresso (freshly brewed)
- 1 Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- 3 Coffee bean (for garnish)
Preparation steps
Heat milk with spices, pumpkin puree and maple syrup over medium heat, then whisk until frothy. Pour about half of it into a tall glass.
Gently add the espresso. Then spoon the remaining pumpkin milk on top. Garnish Pumpkin Spice Latte with cinnamon stick and coffee beans.
