Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry radicchio. Halveor quarter lengthwise, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook radicchio on high heat.

Place radicchio into an ovenproof dish, cut cheese into slices and arrange on top of radicchio. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven, drizzle with remaining oil and serve.
