1 Tbsp butter
500 grams Raspberries
2 Tbsps raspberry Brandy
2 egg whites
80 grams fine sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Crumble amarettini cookies. Buter pie pan (about 22 cm in diameter) (approximately 9 inches) and spread with crumbled cookies. 

2.

Clean raspberries and spread on the cookie crust. Drizzle with raspberry liqueur. Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Spread egg whites onto raspberries with a spoon and bake under a hot broiler until meringue browns lightly, watching carefully. Remove from the oven, cool and serve.
