- 2 ¾ cups frozen Raspberries
- 2 cups plain Yogurt
- 2 Banana
- 4 Tbsps Vanilla ice cream
- 8 fresh Raspberries (for the garnish)
- mint (for the garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the frozen raspberries, yoghurt and bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.
2.
Pour into glasses, top with the ice cream and garnish with the fresh raspberries and sprigs of mint.
