- 300 grams Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 8 Speculoos (spiced shortcrust biscuit)
Preparation steps
Rinse the raspberries and set aside about 12 for garnish. Peel the banana and cut into chunks. Puree the raspberries, bananas, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender (or mash with a fork). Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt.
Mix half of the cream into the raspberry-banana mixture and distribute into 4 glasses. Place the spiced cookies in a freezer bag and finely crumble (with a rolling pin). Sprinkle half over the berry mixture and spoon the remaining cream on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs and serve garnished with the raspberries.
