- 1 kilogram Raspberries
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 kilogram jam sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse the raspberries and mix with the lemon juice and zest in a pot, then bring to a boil.

Add the jam sugar, and boil for 1 minute. Divide into prepared jars, and seal immediately.
