- 16 ozs beef tenderloin
- 1 Tbsp creamed Horseradish
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- Rock salt
- ½ cup Parmesan (shaved)
- 1 handful Arugula
Preparation steps
1.
Wrap the beef in cling film and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
2.
Slice the beef with a very sharp knife as thinly as possible and lay the slices on a serving platter or 4 individual plates.
3.
Dot the horseradish cream over the beef, drizzle over the lemon juice and oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4.
Scatter over the cheese and rocket and serve immediately.
