9 sheets Red gelatin
800 milliliters red or clear Fruit juice
100 grams sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse berries, trim and cut strawberries into slices.

2.

Mix fruit and place in a springform pan lined with plastic wrap.

3.

Soften gelatin in cold water.

4.

Heat juice and sugar in a saucepan, remove from heat, squeeze gelatin and dissolve. Pour liquid over fruit and set for 3 hours in refrigerator.

5.

Loosen cake from pan, cut into pieces and serve.
