1 unwaxed lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.
Place the sugar in a pot with 150 ml water and bring to the boil. Boil until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
2.
Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice and stir into the sugar syrup. Transfer to a shallow, metal container and freeze for around 4 hours. After 1 hour, stir with a fork.
3.
Before serving stir once again with a fork and transfer to glasses.
