- 600 grams pickled Gyros meat
- 400 grams Beans
- 4 size Tomatoes
- 200 grams Rice
- 2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (to fry)
Preparation steps

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onion and saute until translucent. Add the meat and saute briefly. Remove from the heat.

Rinse beans, trim the ends, cut in half crosswise and blanch in a pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Blanch tomatoes in a pot of boiling salted water for 10 seconds. Drain, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut into strips.
5.
Return the meat to the pan along with Heat the gyros again, add the tomatoes and cook 2-3 minutes.Add rice and beans, salt and pepper, stir and cook just until heated through. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
