- 4 leaves Rice paper
- 100 grams Snow peas
- 100 grams soybean sprout
- 3 Asparagus
- ½ bunch Wild garlic
- sunflower oil
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- salt

- 4 Tbsps Pomegranate seed
- 2 tsps Chili sauce
- 2 ripe Mangoes
Preparation steps
1.
Peel mango, cut the flesh into slices and dice. Mix with the pomegranate seeds and chili sauce.

Place rice paper sheets between 2 damp kitchen towels to soak. Rinse snow peas and blanch in boiling salted water for about 5-6 minutes. Rinse wild garlic and spin dry. Rinse bean sprouts and drain well. Rinse asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut with a peeler lengthwise into thin slices.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and sauté the asparagus slices for 2-3 minutes. Add snow peas and sprouts and cook for about 1 minute. Season with salt and chili sauce.

Lay sheets of rice paper flat on the countertop. Distribute wild garlic leaves and some vegetables on top and carefully roll up.
5.
Serve on plates alongside mango salad.
