½ l milk
125 grams Arborio rice
1 pinch salt
1 large piece Lemon peel
20 grams butter
40 grams sugar
60 grams Dark chocolate
cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

1.

Add the milk and lemon zest to a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the rice, cover and turn off the heat. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Remove the lemon zest. 

2.

Stir the butter and sugar into the rice and mix until well combined. Transfer half of the rice to a serving dish. Coarsely chop the chocolate and stir into the remaining rice until melted. Transfer the chocolate rice to a serving dish, sprinkle both with cinnamon and serve.
