450 milliliters milk
2 Tbsps sugar
1 pinch salt
150 grams Arborio rice
2 Tbsps chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

Cut the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds. Plce in a saucepan with the vanilla bean and pour in the milk. Add the sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and sprinkle in the rice. Turn off the heat, cover and let stand about 40 minutes.

Remove the vanilla bean and spoon the rice pudding into bowls. Serve sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
