- ¾ l milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 grams short grain rice
- lemons (zested)
- 8 Prosecco
- mint (for garnish)
- Raspberries (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Bring the milk, salt and lemon zest to a boil and then add the rice. Cook over low heat for 30-45 minutes.
2.
Pour 2 tablespoons prosecco into each of 4 stemmed glasses, then fill up with rice pudding. Garnish with mint leaves and raspberries and serve.
