600 grams Sour cherry
1 tsp cornstarch (5 grams)
400 milliliters Cabbage
4 Tbsps brown sugar (80 grams)
2 cloves
600 milliliters
250 grams Arborio rice
4 Tbsps Whipped cream (40 ml)
cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, drain and pit cherries.

2.

 Mix cornstarch with some cherry juice. Bring remaining juice with 2 tablespoons of sugar and cloves to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly, and remove from heat. Add pitted cherries and cool until lukewarm.

3.

Bring milk to a boil with remaining sugar, add rice and let simmer covered on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.

Beat whipping cream until stiff.

5.

Top rice pudding with cherries and 1 dollop of whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve.
