10 ozs Sour cherry (frozen)
2 Tbsps Agave syrup
½ tsp Agar
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation steps

Boil round grain rice with 15 ounces oat drink and vanilla in a small pan. Simmer on low heat for about 70 minutes in a half-closed pot, stir from time to time and add the remaining oat drink.

In the meantime heat sour cherries with 2 teaspoons agave syrup in a small pot. Drain the cherries in a sieve and collect the juice. Mix the agar-agar with 3 tbsp. cold water. Add to the cherry juice and bring to the boil in a small pot. Then mix with cherries.

Sweeten rice pudding with the remaining agave syrup. To serve, fill rice pudding with cherries in small bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon.
