80 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
250 grams Arborio rice
1 sm can Saffron
4 Tbsps Sour cherry (jarred)
2 Tbsps Pine nuts (toasted)

Preparation steps

1.

Dissolve the saffron in little grape juice. Pour the grape juice, saffron juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the rice, simmer and cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally so the rice does not burn.

2.

To serve, arrange the rice pudding in serving dishes, top with sour cherries and pine nuts and garnish with mint leaves.
