- 60 grams Grape
- 100 grams Celery
- 1 bunch Chives
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- salt
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 200 grams cooked Rice (day-old)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and halve grapes. Rinse celery and chives and chop.

Mix sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and curry and mix with rice, grapes, celery and chives. Let marinate 10 minutes before serving.
