2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the rice with the broth and simmer for about 25 minutes.

For the sauce, blanch, rinse cold, peel and dice the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté both together until translucent in some oil. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the steaks, pat dry and chop into cubes. Fry in some oil for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, mix with the rice and transfer to serving glasses. Distribute the steak cubes on top and serve drizzled with the sauce.
