150 grams Frozen pea
150 grams cooked ham
1 onion
1 tsp Turmeric
1 bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

In a colander, rinse rice under cold running water. In a pot, combine rice with twice the amount of lightly salted water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over very low heat about 20 minutes. Let cool.

Thaw peas. Cut ham into small cubes. Rinse parsley, shake dry and finely chop leaves.

Peel and finely chop onion. In a skillet, cook onion in hot oil until translucent. Add peas and ham and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry 3 minutes more. Stir in turmeric and parsley. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
