Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C convection preheat.

2.

Peel potatoes, cut into slices and place on a lined with parchment paper baking tray. Season with salt and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.

3.

Rinse meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides.  Add meat to potatoes in the oven and cook together for about 30 minutes. Turn over potatoes and meat once.

4.

Rinse green bean and blanch in salted water for about 6 minutes or until al dente. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic and almonds for a few seconds. Add beans and season with salt and pepper. Arrange beans and potatoes on plates, top with sliced meat and serve.
