- 800 grams Roasted ham (slightly salted)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- peppers (ground)
- 600 grams Brussels sprouts
- salt
- 600 grams young, firm potatoes
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps butter
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325ºF).

Rinse the ham and pat dry. Brush with oil and season with pepper. Place on the grid in the oven (including drip pan) and cook for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, rinse, trim and boil the sprouts for about 15 minutes in salted water. Remove, rinse and drain well.
4.
Rinse the potatoes and cut into slices. Mix with 3 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper. Distribute on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 35 minutes) in the oven.
5.
Place the sprouts in a hot pan with melted butter, seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
6.
Remove the meat and cut into slices. Serve with the potatoes and sprouts.
