- 3 ½ kilograms cooked ham (skinless)
- 100 grams Mustard
- 75 grams cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp grated Orange peel
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 sm can Pineapple
- 150 grams Apricot (canned)
- 100 milliliters Beef broth
- 250 milliliters Cider
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Put ham in a roasting pan and run with half of the mustard. Combine sugar and orange zest, then rub onto ham. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
Peel and mince garlic. Combine with ginger, pineapple, apricots, broth and cider in the roasting pan.

Roast ham for about 45 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Pour pan juices through a sieve. Puree solids and stir into liquid. Add remaining mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Slice ham and serve with sauce.
