5 garlic cloves
3 rosemary
100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat oven to 220°C convection (approximately 425°F).

Rinse lamb and slice into 4 chops. Peel and press garlic through a garlic press. Rinse rosemary, pat dry and combine with olive oil and garlic in an ovenproof dish. Place lamb chops in dish and roast, turning occasionally and basting with pan juices, about 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Divide lamb chops among plates and serve with hummus and beans, if desired.
