- 1 kilogram waxy potatoes
- 50 grams Lardo (sliced)
- 3 rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and cut lengthwise into slices.

Cut the bacon into strips.
3.
Remove the leaves from the rosemary and coarsely chop.
4.
Pass the garlic through a press.
5.
Mix all the ingredients together, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the potato mixture into an ovenproof dish. Roast in a 180°C (approximately 350°F) oven for 40 minutes, until golden brown. Stir occasionally during the roasting time.
