- 800 grams waxy potatoes
- salt
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 shallot
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- vegetable oil (for the pan)
- mixed Fresh herbs (for garnish)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice (for drizzling)
Preparation steps

Scrub potatoes thoroughly and cook in a pot of boiling salted water until knife-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water, then drain again.

Meanwhile preheat the oven broiler.

Rinse rosemary, shake dry, remove needles from stems and finely chop. Peel garlic and shallot, finely chop and mix in a bowl with rosemary, oil, salt and pepper.
4.
Cut potatoes in half, mix with herbed oil, place cut side down on an oiled grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn potatoes over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining marinade.
5.
Arrange potatoes with fresh herbs on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
