1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Mandoline, 1 Bowl, 1 Peeler, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Teaspoon, 1 kleine Skillet

Preparation steps

Heat butter in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork quickly, about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat. Place cooked pork slices on serving plate, reserving drippings. Tent with aluminum foil.

Add rosemary celery, mushrooms, garlic, onions and pepper to the reserved drippings in the skillet. Cook over low heat about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add sherry, stir to blend. Return pork slices to skillet; spoon vegetable mixture over slices. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
3.
Place pork slices and vegetable mixture on serving plate. Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
