1 head Boston butter lettuce (leaves)
1 head Radicchio
1 small Red onion (peeled and sliced)
1 cup ripe Grape tomato (rinsed)
1 english Cucumber (rinsed; trimmed; seeded and sliced)
½ cup pitted, black nicoise olive
6 ozs canned Tuna (drained)
4 fresh eggs (hard boiled; peeled and cut into halves)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
For Vinaigrette Dressing
1 small shallot (peeled and minced)
2 tsps Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
½ cup good-quality olive oil
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Rinse and dry the lettuce and radicchio leaves. Arrange all salad ingredients attractively in a large serving bowl. Season with pepper.
