4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps Wine vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry both of the lettuces, then tear into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and quarter the eggs. Divide the lettuces onto salad plates, and top with 2 egg quarters.

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt, vinegar, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, garnish with the horseradish, and serve.
