0.333 cup plain Yogurt (or sour cream)
1 Tbsp fresh Dill (chopped)
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp Lime juice
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
2 ⅔ cups fresh Cheese tortellini (cooked and drained)
1 ½ cups smoked Salmon (cut in strips)
1 Cucumber (sliced in rounds and cut in quarters)
1 Tbsp fresh Dill (chopped)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

For Dressing:

In a bowl, whisk all ingredients. Season with pepper, cover and chill for one hour.

For Tortellini Salad:

Cook tortellini until al dente, or according to package instructions; drain (can be made up to 8 hours ahead, cover and chill).

Add salmon, cucumber, and dill to tortellini. Drizzle with enough dressing to coat and toss lightly. Season with pepper. Serve.
