- 150 milliliters Orange juice (freshly squeezed oranges from 2-3)
- 500 milliliters Buttermilk
- 50 grams Whole grain cracker

Crumble biscuits with a rolling pin or in the food processor and mix well sea buckthorn puree, orange juice and buttermilk.
