- 125 grams Sour cream
- 125 grams Sour cream
- 1 pinch sugar
- 250 grams Sauerkraut (raw, chopped)
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 Apple (coarsely grated)
- 1 small Banana (cut into cubes)
- 10 grams chopped Walnut
- 20 grams raisins
Preparation steps
1.
Whisk creme fraiche until smooth. Stir in sour cream and sugar and mix well.

Stir in sauerkraut, carrot, apple, banana, nuts and raisins. Mix well and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
3.
Serve with crispbread if desired.
