2 shallots

1 pinch sugar
1 splash lemon juice
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and thinly slice the carrots. Peel and finely dice the shallots.

Heat the oil, and sauté the shallots. Add the carrots, cover, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the carrots are soft. Add a little water if necessary.

3.

Season to taste with the salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Garnish with the parsley.
